Order cancellation depends on the stage of processing.
If you wish to cancel all or part of an order before it has been approved, you should contact Arabindini by email and Whatsapp as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or approved by our team, it cannot be cancelled. If an order has to be cancelled by Arabindini because of technical or stock-related issues, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.

You must report a damaged or defective product within 2 calendar days from the date you receive it.
Please contact our customer support team by email or phone and provide clear images of the defective product along with your order details. Requests submitted after this period may not qualify for return.
Once an eligible returned product has been received and approved after quality inspection, Arabindini may process the refund within 7–10 working days.
For orders paid through Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card or UPI, the refunded amount may take approximately 7–14 business days to reflect in the original/source account, depending on the payment method and banking process.

Arabindini currently accepts returns only in cases where the product is damaged. However we ship the product after thorough quality check before dispatch.
To request a return, customers must contact our support team with images of the defective product within 2 calendar days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused and undamaged apart from the reported defect, and the original packaging, folds, tags, price information and invoice should be retained. Once the product is received, it will be inspected by our quality-control team to determine whether it qualifies for return or exchange.
Fall-and-pico completed sarees are not eligible for return.
